Carolina Across 100 is truly a pan-University initiative, guided by the experience and expertise of the Carolina Engagement Council. Chaired by Carolina Center for Public Service director Lynn Blanchard, the council includes leaders from across campus who each bring a different perspective and area of knowledge to help inform and direct the initiative.

Carolina Across 100’s first program, called “Our State, Our Work: Connecting Young Adults to their Futures,” is guided by a 12-member steering committee. These individuals represent a wide range of sectors relevant to this work. Their diverse expertise not only informs the programming, but also helps identify needed resources and partnerships and facilitate connections that can support the Carolina Across 100 team and the community collaboratives.
